Andreas Heinecke, founder and CEO of Dialogue Social Enterprise - whose mission is to faciliate social inclusion of disabled, disadvantaged and disabled people on a global basis -, started his path as social business entrepreneur in 1989 with the exhibition Dialogue in the Dark. Exhibitions and workshops of Dialogue in the Dark, Dialogue in Silence and lately Dialogue with Time have been evolving on a global scale ever since. These Dialogue programs are run through a worldwide network of partners as a social franchise system. In 2005, Andreas became the first “Ashoka-Fellow” in Europe and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship appointed him as “Outstanding Global Social Entrepreneur”. Andreas Heinecke holds an Honorary Professorship at the Chair of Social Business at the EBS University in Wiesbaden.
