Leila Charfi has a Computer Engineering degree from Tunisia and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Canada. Leila worked for 6 years in the Telecom industry in Canada then in France, before moving back to Tunisia in 2007, where she managed the first private incubator, the Microsoft Innovation Center. In 2012, Leila moved to Microsoft Africa and developed partnerships with Africa incubators and technology hubs, and managed programs to promote entrepreneurship at the continent level. On a personal level, Leila is active in the artistic scene through participation in art exhibitions and in the civil society through the engagement with several NGOs.
